Moving candidates through the hiring pipeline

Based on your company and the vacancy, your interview process can have various stages that will reflect in your hiring pipeline. To track the applicants and your overall hiring process, you'll need to move the candidates through your hiring pipeline. They will start as a New Lead and will eventually become Hired.

To move a candidate through your hiring pipeline, click on the candidate name under the respective job posting. Inside the candidate profile you'll see a field called Select interview stage. Click on it and choose an interview stage from the dropdown menu to change the candidates status in your hiring pipeline.

After changing the interview stage of the candidate, click on the "Save" button on the top right corner of the screen to save the changes.
